Grievance Redressal Process
Genvest, a SEBI-registered investment advisor, provides a structured process for clients to lodge complaints and seek resolution.
Initial Steps for Complaints
Clients can address grievances through the following progression:
- Direct Contact: Discuss concerns with your assigned Investment Adviser representative, with expected resolution within 7 working days
- Written Complaint: Submit formal complaints via email to support@genvest.ai
- Investigation & Response: The firm investigates and provides a full response
- Escalation: If unsatisfied, contact Rohit Prakash (Founder/CRO) at rohit.prakash@genvest.ai
Regulatory Escalation
If unresolved within one month:
- File with SEBI through the SCORES platform: https://scores.gov.in/scores/complaintRegister.html
- For further disputes, use the ODR Portal: https://smartodr.in/login
