Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Coinwise Research Private Limited (Genvest), a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (INA000018382), wants everyone to be able to use its website and apps, including persons with disabilities. We follow the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and SEBI's directions on digital accessibility.

Conformance status

We build www.genvest.ai to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That level also covers WCAG 2.1 AA, and through it IS 17802 and the accessibility guidelines of GIGW.

Status: partially conforms. Our own assessment found that the site's pages meet WCAG 2.2 AA, but some content does not yet, mainly third-party documents. The known limitations are listed below. This is a self-assessment; an independent auditor has not reviewed it.

What you can expect

• Every page works with a keyboard alone. A “Skip to main content” link comes first, and the item in focus is always outlined.
• Pages are built for screen readers: headings and regions mark the structure, form fields have labels, and images and charts have text descriptions. Charts also come with data tables.
• You can zoom text to 200%. On a narrow screen or at 400% zoom, pages fit the width without sideways scrolling. Wide data tables scroll inside their own box, which you can reach and scroll with the keyboard.
• Moving content on the homepage has a Pause button. It does not start at all if your device is set to reduce motion.
• Text and controls meet the WCAG colour contrast ratios, and links inside sentences are underlined.
• No page has a time limit, and our forms never ask you to solve a puzzle.

Known limitations

How we tested

On 19 October 2026 we tested 35 pages covering every kind of page on the site: the homepage, calculators, mutual fund guides, results and RBI pages, articles, and every compliance page. We checked each one against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 at Levels A and AA with the axe-core testing tool, at desktop and mobile widths. We also used each page with the keyboard alone, at a 320 pixel width, and with reduced motion switched on, and reviewed the code of the interactive parts. We will test again at least once a year and after major changes.

Report an accessibility problem

If any part of this website or our apps is hard to use, or you need a document in another format, tell us. Say which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and any assistive technology you use. We aim to resolve accessibility complaints within 7 working days, as with all complaints.
